ABSTRACT LAYOUT INSTRUCTIONS
 
  •  Abstracts shall be submitted in pdf format, not exceeding a size of 12 MB (total).
  • Maximum of 4 pages, including a maximum of two figures (images, graphics, tables or diagrams) and references.
  • Please see the example pdf and docx files for indicative (preferential) text alignment, size and fonts, regarding the title, body text, figure captions and references of the abstracts.

Please note that abstract submission is now open until April 30th.

Abstract submission will imply the pre-registration of the presenting author (but only if the author did not pre-register before).

YOU CAN PRE-REGISTER HERE, IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY.

Registration and payment will be open from April 30th until May 31st, upon notification of abstract acceptance.
